Weight issues

Hey ladies I need tips on controlling my weight throughout my pregnancy, before I fell pregnant with my first child I weighed around 75kgs (I'm pretty tall) and I by the end of my pregnancy I was weighing just over 115kgs, almost a year after giving birth I have hardly lost any of it and now Im 6 weeks into my pregnancy and I currently weigh 96kgs, I'm so scared that I'm going to pile on the weight again, I'll be getting married just 4 months after this baby is due and I want to feel some-what beautiful in my dress.

Moderate you're eating. You're only suppose to take 300 calories extra. So not technically eating for two. You can exercise, walk, jog, squats, lift (of course nothing to heavy) but don't overdue it especially if you're not use to it. Stay away from bananas lol those make you gain weight. (:
