With my 1st pregnancy I had pregnancy induced carpel tunnel. My doctor ordered me braces but I don't really think they helped. The pain and numbness drove me crazy. The best thing is that a couple days after I gave birth it went away. I'm very thankful that with this pregnancy I haven't experianced it.

Its sounds more like a pinched nerve. The baby could be pushing on it and I wouls suggest going to a chiropractor.

You might have carpel tunnel, you can buy a brace at your local pharmacy.
