numbness/tingling

I was just curious if its normal for your feet to get a lil numb and tingly?  It happens sometimes when I'm laying down. I usually just move my feet around to make it go away. Is there anything i can do to help prevent it? Im 29 weeks btw.

Thanks ladies. They haven't been swollen yet, just the numbness occasionally!

It can be normal as long as it's not persistent and they're not constantly real swollen. Then it'd be something to talk to your doc about

Its completely normal.. I get it mainly in my hands and forearms and every now and then my feet. it is 10 times worse in summer :(  it has to do with swelling as well as water retention which is what causes the most if our swelling shrug the summer.

I'm not sure about preventing it, but I did read that getting tingling/numbness was normal. Can't remember where though. Lol
