oatmeal during pregnancy
Has anyone heard what oatmeal does for u during pregnancy??
Oh ok..I thought I had heard something about oatmeal and breastfeeding but wasnt sure...ok well thats good to know, I do plan on breastfeeding too. Thanks
Oatmeal actually helps you out wth ur breasts if you don't lactaid much when ur breast feeding just eat plenty of oatmeal and it will help..it helps wth other things too but I don't remember..
