Implantation bleeding

Hi I took a plan b pill Feb 14th, then on Feb 23rd(nine days later) I started bleeding pretty heavy, so I'm thinking it was my period.  Then to my surprise my husband announced he wanted to start trying for another child. So we started trying March 8th-March 20th. I took a pregnancy test March 26th and it was negative, then I took another one March 28th and it was positive.  I'm guessing I'm 4-5 weeks pregnant from the first day of my last period. Although the other day I had a couple bright red spots when I wiped after using the bathroom. That is five days AFTER receiving a positive pregnancy test. Just wondering if it was implantation bleeding( it was only that one time, now its completely stopped) All the information I've read on the internet says you wouldn't get a positive pregnancy test before implantation bleeding. Please let me know some kind of information

Thank you for your response, Does anybody know anything about plan b pills? I took them, then a week later I had bleeding. It was exactly like my normal period is, and lasted 5 days. Would that have been my period or just a side effect from the plan b pill. If so that would mean I might be 9 weeks pregnant instead of 4 or 5 weeks. Although I'm basically positive it was a period. Also I took a pregnancy test two weeks after the "period" and it was negative, then like I said above, my husband and I were trying to conceive from March 8( which is two weeks after the "period" after taking the plan b pill) through March 20th. Took a test March 26th and was negative(so I'm pretty sure I didn't get pregnant because of the plan b pill) Then 2 days later, March 28th it was positive( which is two- three weeks after we started trying on March 8th), So I guess I'm asking if anybody thinks I got pregnant around the time I took the plan b pill or do you think I conceived after the bleeding I got with the plan b pill? I'm sorry its confusing, I'm just as confused. I just really want to know how far along I am, and my first appointment isn't for another 3 weeks.

Doesn't sound like implantation bleeding...that usually happens when the egg is implanting...before your missed period/positive pregnancy test.  Spotting/bleeding in pregnancy can be normal...try not to worry about it at this point unless if you have any cramping.  Good luck.
