I think i lost my mucus plug today, an im 37 weeks. Does this mean i could have my little girl soon? Were scheduled for a c section on the 26th of nov.

No it doesn't when I lost mine I had it two weeks later every preg is different so for you this could be a good sign but some women lose it early and no baby

I've been loosing my mucus plug since 35 weeks I'm 37 now it doesn't really determine how soon labor will be. Im not sure about the pain

Even if my lower tummy hurts? Its constant an doesnt go away. Its makin me overly nauseous. :(

Unfortunately it doesn't really mean anything in terms of labour :( some moms lose it weeks before labour, some lose it hours before labour
