Implantation bleeding??

This morning I had a neg test. This evening its positive. Ive had spotting for the past 3-4 days.
could this be implantation bleeding? I had a miscarrage in June, so I'm very nervous.

It was a different test.

After the positive test, I started bleeding more.  I woke up at 3:30 am with bleeding & clots.  This morning around 6:30 am, I took a test and it's negative.  I'm going to call the doctor's office when they open, however it looks like this is an early miscarrage.  :(

no this wont be implantation bleeding what your experiencing is break through bleeding and this occours when your hormaone levels are not quite high enough to prevent a small shed of your lining but enough to keep the pregnancy going, as long as it doesnt turn into your period you should be fine

Is the positive test the test took from this morning, or did you use a different test?
