orgasim problem/getting in the mood

im 25 years old and have 4 children i have been having problems with having a organism with my husband its like i cant never get in the mood for sex what is wrong.its not him its for me./?

I know what you are going through. I am 22 and only have one child but I am 8 weeks pregnant. I am not in the mood as much as I used to be and I cannot orgasm anymore. I never used to be like this and with my last pregnancy sex was great, it was so easy to orgasm. Now it is like my clitoris is numb or something. I wish there was something I could do to make it better.

I think it's REALLY hard when you have such a busy life to relax enough to fully enjoy yourself.  You have so much on your mind that you can't get out of your head enough to just let go??? Also depending on the ages of your kids when you have people "needing" you constantly and touching you constantly (like if you have one nursing) it can be very hard as you just get a bit overstimulated with all the touch.  They talked about this in our birth class for once we became nursing moms.  I know when I struggle with arousal stress is the cause.  If I take time to get my life in order and then relax a little it can help a TON. Does that sounds like it might be part of the problem for you or not?  Any idea what else might be causing stress in your life? For what it's worth I think it's extremely normal what you are going through!
