out of breath

I am 19 weeks and I just always feel put of breath. Even when I am just sitting down I feel like I just can't catch my breath. Anyone else feel like this ?

I'm 27 weeks and I feel sooo short of breathe too! My nose is stuffy right now too, so that doesn't help. Lol. I hate it.

Sorry, I should specify. The uterus itself is not pushing on the diaphragm, but it shifts everything upward, pushing on the diaphragm.

I'm 7 weeks and very petite. I have been having the same problem, and the doc said it was just because my uterus was enlarged so it is pushing on my diaphragm. It limits the amount your lungs can fill up, leaving you feeling out of breath. I'm worried that when this baby gets bigger I'm not going to be able to breathe at all! Lol.

I sometimes can't my breath either and I'm 19 weeks and 5 days .

I got short of breath around that time when i would do housework but now that im 30 weeks it seems like I can't even get a good breath in
