Exhausted

So I'm Sick with a cold right now and the doctor started me on medication for it today, but I have been sick for about a week but it's only gotten bad the last 3 or 4 days, and in resultresult I get almost No sleep at night because I either can't get comfortable or because I can't Breathe. I've never been able to nap during the day because my mind and body just want to stay active. I'm so Exhausted Little to No sleep at Night and No Sleep during the day, No matter how hard I try to sleep or how bad my mind or body want to sleep I just can't seem to sleep, I don't know what to do. Also little side note just as a referance to see what I mean, it's 2AM where I live at the moment.  Please, PLEASE, any one have any suggestions?

Thanks, I need to do something soon, guess it doesn't help that when I finally get to sleep someone Wales me up early and I'm one of those people that once I'm up I'm up, normally not a bad thing but right now it's horrible

I had a cold about a week ago and got so tired when I stood up I would just sway back and forth, so I know how you feel! I was told to take Benadryl to help break it up and help me get to sleep. Feel better soon!
