acrylic nails and hair coloring

Are acrylic nails safe ?? I'm 10+6 today and have seen pregnant women with acrylics but not sure how safe it is. Also, my cousin is a hair stylist and told me hair can be colored but only done with fools so it doesn't here to your roots. Any advice?

acyrlics are fine. and so is dieing your hair although be aware that dieing your hair when preg your hormones are different and it may not stick to your hair at all or you may end up with patches...
ive grown mine out this time round, as with #2 i died my hair washed it out and ended up with patches so wont do it again lol

I'm a stylist and nail tech and pregnant with my first at 14 weeks and 5 days both are comepletly safe. The only thing I would be worried about is if the smell bothered you because of our hightened senses right now. But even at that you can ask for them to open a window or turn on a fan for ventilation. But it doesn't bother me at all. Either on myself or my clients :)
