It's usually called breakthrough bleeding but if it seems like enough to be like a period then I would contact your doctor.
For some women it's normal to bleed and for others it means that theres a complication. You just want to make sure.

I know a few people who had their cycle while pregnant. It wasn't a very heavy one but they still had it. Definitely check with your doctor.
