Gender of baby and how you feel when pregnant

Im 10 weeks 2 days and so sick. I try to stay positive but its getting harder and harder. Anyways, with my first pregnancy I was sick as well but not even close to how I'm feeling now and so much more is different than with my first. I had a boy I'm now hoping for a girl and was wondering if anyone noticed big differences regardless of the babys gender with each pregnancy or if you feel the difference was because the gender was different from your previous baby?

Sorry to ask but my doctor prescribed me the unisom and b6 but I've been really skeptical about taking it. How do you take yours, if you don't mind me asking?

My first pregnancy was a dream - boy. 2nd I was sick from 5-21 weeks. Lost 10lbs. Couldn't eat anything - girl. This time is up and down. Lost 7 lbs so far, have low kidney function. Finding out Aug 20.

Most of that is old wives tales, with our first I was nauseated the entire pregnancy but never got sick & it was a boy. Our second I only had nausea for like 3 weeks still never got sick & it was a girl. And our last I was extremely nauseated from 5-16 weeks then again from 30-37 when I delivered, I couldn't eat or drink anything without wanting to throw up, zofran was my life safer & unisom with b6 .. And it was a boy... It just depends on the pregnancy & women

That really doesn't matter. Every pregnancy is different regardless of the gender of the baby... I was extremely sick the first time with a boy..  and now I'm sick again and having a girl.  So you could be pregnant with another baby boy.. its hard to know until they can tell you by ultrasound.
