pain after spinal block

I had my baby two weeks ago by c section. They did the spinal block and now im having extreme pain in my back.I already had back problems due to breaking a bone in my lumbar when I was young but the pain has never been this bad. I can barely walk and I can't hardly pick my baby up.has anyone else experienced this? What do you recommend I do? And should I contact my obgyn or my family doctor since it is caused from the pregnancy?
