any advice?

So im going to be a 19year old mom. my mom just found out I was pregnant and it seemed to be she was upset but supportive. now she sends me a long text while im at work saying I should have a abortion. She doesnt think my boyfriend and I  can move out and raise a baby and its too expensive. Its pretty hurtful to hear that from my mom. Have any of you been in this situation or have any advice?

Out of all people your mom should be supporting you on your decisions. I'm sorry sge isn't right now. Just stick to your guns, she'll eventually come around. It also may be tough road but us mommies are strong and conquer a lot. I'm glad you both have jobs and eachother, with both of those you can accomplish everything. If you need extra help, look into those programs.

My advice is to do what you want. You are an adult and can make the choices on your own. Also maybe find a job that you'll be able to do comfortably or go to school while pregnant. Sometimes when you are unemployed and go to school the state can give you unemployment. Also hopefully your boyfriend works. Ther are great programs, like wic or stuff through the state, housing, food stamps, financial, medical all that help is there until you can get on your feet. Good luck and dont be talked into anything you dont want to do.

I'm 19 and 22 weeks pregnant, just prove her wrong. I mean honestly honey its NOT gonna be easy, me and my bf have own own apartment and are expecting and June and we still need help from my mom. We both have jobs paying.g over 11$ to. It takes a lot to get on your feet. But there is help out there, if you live in the states. Like food stamps, WIC, medical assistance. And more. You just need to step Ik and apply for them. And make sure you save lots of money, well as much as you can. But just remember its all YOUR choice, nobody elses. And abortion isn't easy, or cheap. A.d just don't let anyone tell you you can't do something. Because anyone can. It just takes a lot of hard work.  And remember it won't be easy. Good luck :)
