About 1/3 of pregnancies get implantation bleeding or some sort of spotting in the beginning. Even if you had it before, doesn't mean you'll get it again.

If you're expecting and your LMP was Nov. 7 you'd be about 7 weeks pregnant. Cramping and nausea are both typical symptoms most women expect to get somewhere around now. White discharge is also common in early pregnancy.

If you're not pregnant, you could be dealing with hormonal problems, stress, a cyst or something else. At this point I would say wait and see if you skip a second period. You can pick up a couple more hpts and test again before then but I wouldn't call the doctor before 8-9 weeks. In the meantime, keep busy, avoid snow sports and try to get some sleep and eat a healthy diet.

@Aaliyah no not everyone gets implantation bleeding. Sorry can't really comment about the nausea I never had morning sickness with my first or with this pregnancy so not too helpful with that. If you are pregnant you can sleep on your stomach until the second trimester I believe. But if you're not pregnant and still haven't had your period I would suggest maybe getting checked out since you could have something else going on. I know that cysts on ovaries can cause pain and discomfort as well as nausea. But again I would see the Dr.

No I'm four weeks and I have not had any implantation bleeding. I looked for it but I haven't had any signs of it. My nausea drives me crazy. I have it all day long. While I'm in the shoer or whether I out in public. I cnt sleep at night also. Its hard to get comfortable.
