miscarried or still pregnant?

I don't know if I miscarriage or not. I had a period Oct 14th it was normal. Just 2 days earlier than what I thought. It ended last Sat/Sun. I was fine. Then all of the sudden this past Thurs I got sick. I just didn't feel right. I felt like I was going to start my period again but only intensified. I noticed when I used the restroom and wiped, there was brownish discharge. Not much, but enough for me to use a panty liner. Along with me feeling achy, and having a heqchache my breast starting hurting again. The next day I still noticed the brownish discharge but just thought to myself it my be old blood from the period that just ended 5 days ago. As the day went on I was cramping in my lower stomach and lower back, I get a test to rule it out and to my shock positive!!! I had blood work done Hgc levels is 582. Progesterone 2.2 which is low. Brownish discharge stopped. Not bleeding. Cramping and feel awful. Still feel pregnant but it is possible I'm not and miscarried through my period or am I still pregnant. I feel bad but I don't know what to do. I don't want to go the ER but I want to know what is going on with me.  Advise?

Yh i think so too. Even though you're early,  I had a threatened miscarriage at 9 weeks went to the ER asap I think you should too good luck

if you feel that you're having a miscarriage I would definitely go to the ER. Its a miserable feeling having to wait to find out.

I would wait until your appointment as long as your not bleeding. So your levels will have more time to rise hopefully. But if you start feeling worse or bleeding I would go in.

Do you think it is ok to go to ER? I don't want them to think I'm being dramatic or anything since I'm not bleeding. My levels where so low that is what is making me think when I had my period I actually miscarried then but testing positive bc hgc levels are low but still elevated.

Go to a doctor could just be implantation spotting. I got cramps for a couple of weeks when I found out I was pregnant.  But you need to see a doctor they can give you an ultra sound or go to an er for the same thing.

I'm just really confused and not sure if I should just suck it up and wait til Monday but I feel bad and I'm impatient and want to know what is going on. This just overwhelming for me.

That's the thing I have no idea how far along I am. I had  my period a week ago and 4 days later positive pregnancy test.  I am thinking extremely early. 2+3 weeks. I didn't know if I had a chemical miscarriage. I'm not bleeding. Last time I peeing out nothing but blood my period was not more than usual either just 2 days earlier than expected. I just don't feel right. My breast are still extremely sore and testing positive but my levels are so low. I'm just confused BC last time when I lost the baby I felt it, my body reacted right away. I just don't know if I should go to the ER BC I am not bleeding I'm just cramping more than a period and uncomfortable, headache, chills, achy but no more discharge or bleeding

Thanks, I know. I am supposed to go Monday...but I really just want to know whatis going on with me now. I had a miscarriage 2 yrs ago and I immediately felt when I was not pregnant anymore. This feels different. I feel so sick and achy but not bleeding like last time. My husband and I are just is shock that I am, a period was so supossed to be an indicator that you are not pregnant.
