pain when walking?

When I walk/get up out of bed/climb stairs I get pain in my hips, groin area, pelvis, lower back and sometimes it shoots down into my legs. What is this :(? I'm 30 weeks

It sounds like a combo of your sciatic nerve being pinched which is common in pregnancy, round ligament pain and braxton hicks. Both also common!

I haven't found relief for sciatica but a warm bath soothes the rest.
