Your symptoms are more indicative of a cold/flu versus pregnancy symptoms. That's not to say they aren't however. Some women get really sick when they first get pregnant for whatever reason. What you've described however----pale, dizzy, faint, coughing, fatigue and sore throat---- sounds like a typical virus.
It does sound as if you have typical symptoms of the cold. But of course this does not rule our that you are pregnant. What until your period is due and if you're late, then do a home pregnancy test. Good luck!
Getting very sick is a first pregnancy symptom for me. Its more flu like tho and its the only time I ever get that kind of sick. So for some yes it could be a symptom but it could also just be a cold or allergies. Wait a week or two and take a test. Also have your blood sugar checked. I have very low blood sugar and I get very lightheaded, pale, tired and usually come close to passing out if I don't catch it soon enough. Are you experiencing that stuff after not having ate for about 5 hours or more? A good way to tell if its your blood sugar is to have a snack ready(like peanut butter on crackers and glass of milk) and when you start to feel like that eat and then see if you feel better or same. Hope this helps.
