Is it normal to get cramps during the first trimester ?

Yes. I had them in my first trimester and again in my third  now. I think the doctor told me it was my uterus stretching. They never got really painful tho just minor cramps.

I have mild period like cramps on the bottom of my belly from time to time I was told it was normal as long as I don't have them all the time and they are not painful

I'm in my first tri with my 2nd and I cramp all the time

Yes. Completely normal! As long as they're not super painful.
