painting your babies nails..

So today I saw a lady amd she was carrying her baby in her arms, she looked like she was about 9 months but im really not sure... I noticed she had her baby girls nails painted like a pink color and I couldn't help but wonder if that bothered men or not haha how do you ladies feel about babies having their nails painted? Personally I dont think I would do it but I dont think she's a monster or anything for doing it lol

I don't agree at all. There was actually another discussion like this a week or so ago where the majority said it was a normal thing to do and some women had painted their newborns nails at a week old. If you wanna do it, you're the mom but I won't be

I painted my daughter's toe nails lime green at 2 months. They were so cute! There's nothing wrong with it because she far from being able to suck on her toe nails yet. I just don't paint her fingernails.

my little girl is 3 now. She loves getting her hair and nails done with me. Well I'll paint her nails lol She'll actually set very still well I do her hair. When I'm done she'll  look in the mirror and shower daddy its so cute

I have no idea how she could get the baby to sit still Lon enough for it to paint and dry. I can't even paint my own nails because I have to tend to my 15 month old ths ts constantly getting into everything lol

They have non toxic nail polish made for kids! I got some for my aunt when she had my cousin!

I find it wrong.  A 9 month old baby a) does not have a choice, b) the smell of nail polish is toxic and c) what happens whrn the baby decides so suck its fingers and the polish chips off??  Sorry but I find it really wrong.

I think it's cute but at that age I wouldn't only because they always have their hands in their mouth. But once she's like two it cool little girls like that stuff!

I think I'll do it once my baby is like two yrs old, and we can have a mommy daughter thing going on. They make non toxic paint for babies it's called piggy paint. But I honestly wouldn't do it to my 4 month old lol

I don't think there's anything wrong with it personally. Especially at that age. Closer to a newborn I wouldn't think that would be good for them
