What is a pap smear and how far along do you have to be when they do it?
I havent had one since before I got pregnant. My doctor doesn't do another one of you have one the previous 6 months before the first doctors appt. They're not that bad. They just swab your cervix and you might have mild cramping and possibly spotting after
A pap smear is the pelvic exam where they swab inside of you and scrape out tissue from your cervix to test for stds and other abnormalities. It should be done every year beginning the year you become sexually active. Might want to ask to schedule one now if you've never had one before
