When did everyone get their pap smears during pregnancy?
I'm 26 weeks and I still haven't had one. I read your supposed to get it at the beginning of your pregnancy.. is it bad I haven't got one yet?

In my state, the give Pap smears to everyone that is sexually active, once a year. I got one at my first appointment this pregnancy just because I haven't had one in over a year.

Most doctor's (that I know of) give paps once one becomes sexually active. Then they do it every 4 or 5 years after that unless one has a pap that came back abnormal. I haven't had one in a few years, can't say exactly how many. I'm 18 weeks and my doctor wants me to either bring a record of having one recently or let her do one.

I got mine at 14 weeks pregnant and im 16. It should be done to every pregnancy without age being an issue.

I got my first one when I was about 12 weeks and the on the 1st I get my 2nd one ( I'm currently 35 weeks )

I think it's the dumbest thing on earth to not give one just because someone is not 21. Uh hello, you're  a legal adult at 18! If you can sign your own **** and live on your own, why not get a Pap smear? Especially while  pregnant. How else will they check for those issues? I was 20 when I got pregnant and I got one at 8 weeks. Good thing, too. Cause I had chlamydia and had absolutely no idea. No symptoms, nothing. Got on meds ASAP to get rid of it.

Yeah I'm 21. I'm gonna ask my doctor about it. I just thought it was weird I haven't had one

Yeah i had one at like 12weeks pregnant:) but none since then

It's different doctor to doctor. My hospital doesn't do them until after 21

U won't get one unless u are 21 they will only swab u to check for infections

How old are you? They wont give you one if you are under 21 even if you are pregnant

Yeah I think its weird they haven't given me one. I'm almost in my third trimester already.

I'm 20 and they gave me a pap smear at 20 weeks seeing this is my first pregnancy. No matter if your the age of 21 when your pregnant thats the best way to check things.

I had one before I knew I was pregnant and I had my first ultrasound today and they did another one. I'm 12 weeks

Never got one. My doctor doesn't have them unless you are over 21 years old
