pelvic pain!
Omg my pelvic hips tailbone idk what its called butomg Iit hurts sooooo bad. It hurts when I walk lay down orsit down or even just stand there! What doo I do to help with the pain!! :( waah. When I lay down I can barely get back up its horrible!!
And as Danni said, sometimes if you go to your doctor, they'll write you a prescription for one and you may have it covered through your insurance, I never went to my doctor because it took too long, I just bought one haha, not too expensive, maybe $20
At just about any store that sells maternity clothes/baby stuff. Target is where I got mine. I'm so far along and huge now that rolling over in bed feels like someone is trying to break my hips, not fun!! :(
Nothing helps I had tailbone bone n hip pain throughout my last pregnancy it didnt get better till a lil over a week after I had my son it got so bad that id cry rolling over or getting up from the bed good luck I definitely kno how u feel
How far along are you? It could be pelvic girdle pain/sciatic nerve pain, I'm 38w5d and have it so, so bad!!! Unfortunately tylenol, heating pads, baths, etc. are all that help, temporarily. You can also get a support belt for your belly and it takes some of the pressure off from your pelvis/hips and it really seems to help!
