pelvic pains / pressure

I've read that these pains could be round ligament pains, pains from the baby dropping, or early labor pains. the pains woke me up a little over an hour ago. they feel like sharp pains in my vagina and very low abdomen and come and go every so often. they are accompanied by tightening of my stomach but the only thing that hurts is my lower stomach and vagina. Right before i had fallen asleep i felt very ill and had really bad diarreah.. not sure what to do though i am 26 weeks 3 days pregnant.

I started getting those pains at 34wks. My baby is head down and really low which is causing me bad lower back pain, and bad pains and pressure in my vagina, every time I sit, stand, walk or roll over it hurts really bad and I get the pressure aswell.
Its probably just from the baby bein low but if your worried then give your doc a call.

This is my first pregnancy to make it this far so i have never felt any of this before. ive read that the pains are very common. And with me being 26 weeks i was thinking maybe the baby is flipped to head down position or is just sitting low as well. For the most part i feel normal just every once in awhile i will feel the sharp pain come back i wasnt sure what it could be or what i should do with this being my first :) thanks for your help though i will call my doctor just to see what they say
