If u are in pain in the pelvic area, more so at the front of ur pubic bone or left or right side of ur vagina.it is more than likely symphious pubis disfunction - SPD. Its awful constant pain in ur pelvic area that can limit u from doing most activities. The pain worsens as pregnancy goes on.it can even last a few wks after. Try sleeping in silky pjs or on silky sheets to be able to slide in and out easier. Sleep with a pillow between ur legs.Keep.your legs closed getting in and out of bed.use an ice pack between the legs to sooth the pain.never cross ur legs.get a maternity belt for support. Limit all activities especially stairs and driving.go to ur hospital physio for spd and pelvic girdle pain classes. Get crutches if necessary and go on bed rest if u can. Goodluck!
