Dont eat spicy foods or really fatty foods and you can take Tums I do it helps :)
Foods to avoid (to help avoid heartburn): caffeine, citrus (orange, lemon, etc), fried or spicy food, and alcohol.
Heartburn does run hand in hand with pregnancy, but avoiding those foods may help to reduce your heartburn.
Thank you guys so much I will make sure to purchase tums & try avoiding spicy foods even though its so hard cause that's all I crave :(
