ok i already have one kid she is a yr and a half. i have been on birth control but yes i have forgoten to take them a few times.My periods are getting shorter. they dont start till my last sugar pill and i only spot a day or two. a few months ago i was back home visiting and i kept getting bad pains like kinda like a contraction and felt nasuas. this happened a few times. i urinate alot i have an increased appatite.i have felt movements like a baby kicking flutter and hitting my belly button. i took some tests said neg the doc did a test "pee" neg. and i was recently in the room when my daughter had x rays and i started spotting.i am thinking about not taking my Birth control to see what happens and take another test. please give me your thoughts. should i get a blood test or sanogram? i also get random back and abdominal pain but not intense.

Symptoms aren't reliable.  If I relied on symptoms being a sign of pregnancy I would be pregnant every month (when my period is about to start).  :-P  With that said, I would still go get a blood test just to be sure.

your right but i would still need to stop tsking it right.today yesterday was my last bc pill and the sugar ones start today so im not gonna take it see what happens and then call.better safe then sorry.

I'd say don't wait and go get a blood test done. If you're pregnant, you need to be getting proper care for you and the child.

ya i dunno ima do this quiting my birth control and see what happens before i go see a doctor. but thanks for the insight just alarmed me when i started to feel the movment and with  my daughter i found out at 3 months. but we will see keep giving insight more wont hurt :) thanks ladies

It is very VERY unlikely to get a negative pregnancy test when you are pregnant UNLESS you tested too early. By 12 weeks you would more than show on a pregnancy test. If it makes you feel better though contact a doctor and request a blood test. A blood test would give a definite answer.

see thats what i would think too but this happened to my mom when she was pregers and the tests and doctors kept saying she wasnt and finally when she felt a full on kick they did sano gram and she was 4 months and they had do tests on baby. but we will see im gonna stop taking pill since hubby is gone and see what happens and start on it before he gets back. thanks for some insight no harm in not taking pill :)

It can be a sign, but in all honesty and reality, symptoms and signs mean little. Dozens of things can cause what you're feeling, so while they're helpful in some aspects they're also worthless in others. If what you're feeling is pregnancy, any test taken will show an accurate answer then---especially if you're feeling movement, because you would be at LEAST 12 weeks pregnant.

well on here if you go to can i be pregers. it says the nipple thing as a sign so i dunno and when i forgot to take my pills my husband and i were intamate and i wouldnt have my period when i forgot causeits not like forgot all the time. but before my husband got back from his first deployment they were regular to the T and i was on birthcontrol and like 4 months after being back they have been short and spoty on my last sugar pill. but hes deployed again he left a few weeks ago so ima stop taking pill and see what happens.

I dont think its a sign of pregnancy..ur symptoms cud b from not taking ur pill on time everyday..wait until u miss ur period then take a test..

oh and i also have small bumps around my nipples i read thats a sign. i try to feel but my tummy is still weird and mussy from last baby.
