petite baby

I was told today I'm gonna have a petite baby, today was my 3rd ultrasound and the Dr said he is on the small side still the last two ultrasounds he weighed under and today when they measured the baby he said he is at 27 weeks I'm actually  28+3. Has this happened to anyone else and the baby be born with a good weight both of my boys were born almost 8pds never had this problem before

I'm having the same problem right now me being at 26weeks but my baby is measuring 22weeks. But my doctor said it's fine because I'm petite myself. I'll assume as long as the doctor doesn't think it's a big deal ... Maybe it's not.
