Ok so I'm about 6 weeks pregnant with my 2 nd child and I work full time. Lately I have been so drained, I'm always so tired, feet always hurting just really feel exhausted like I just got done running a marathon! Is there anything I can do to help this?? Also very nauseas, but I never throw up. What can I do to help this??
Vitamin b6 is good it helps ease nausea, crackers, toast, apples. And small meals gingeral aldo can help ease nausea. Fresh Fruit can give you a boost, also maybe vita b12 I would also reccommend talking to your doc to see what he/she reccommends.
