2nd trimester abdomen changes-need guidance please, anyone

So I have heard that the second trimester is the honeymoon trimester, so I have always thought that meant that you really didnt feel much.  For the last few days I have this feeling.  I have spoken to an OB nurse and she says not to worry, I would just really like to hear someone else that is pregnant say that they have felt the same thing. It doesnt hurt, it is just that I am aware of it. I am 14 weeks.
Here is the best description I can give to what I am feeling:   If you were to make a loose fist and center it above your pubic bone, that is the area where I get this feeling.  It feels like almost like everything is too small. I just have this tension, pulling, sore feeling, like my skin and internal muscles are too small to hold my uterus, and it is always with me, it doesnt go away.  I dont think it is ligament pain because that is supposed to be in the bikini line, and this is centered. It doesnt hurt bad, I can do everything as normal, and the babies heartbeat is fine, but I would feel better if someone else had this feeling too, or something like it.

They are right, it's your muscles stretching out and all. It may be the Honeymoon trimester, but you DO have physical changes, just not the SUPER uncomfortable ones of the 1st trimester (morning sickness...) and 3rd trimester (heartburn, peeing more, MORE stretching.. etc.)

Sounds fun doesnt it?  I gotta say, it's not as bad as everyone makes it to be... yet. I'm 31w1d!  Mainly I hate the fact that I can't sleep easily, I get full easy, and I have bad hearthburn and headaches and swelling. ... But other than that I LOVE being able to feel my son move around alot.

lol that's normal.
Just wait till you get 5, 6, 7 months...
You know that feeling you get after eating a **** LOAD of food on thanksgiving? Like your stomach is bloated beyond it's limit where you can barely BREATHE?

That's how it feels when you get in the higher months.
Atleast that's how I've felt since I was about 5 1/2 months... I'm 7 now and I'm just so uncomfortable!

You're gunna get aches and pains all the time while you're pregnant.
It's just your body growing certain things to adapt to your changes.

Nothing to worry about.

It's 100% normal. I know I have had this issue with my first child (im preggo with number 4). The pain is likely that of your uterus actually growing. It's normal to feel as if your skin is being stretched beyond capacity as well.

The best way I can explain it is how my doc explained it with me.

The first time you blow up a balloon, it is so hard to blow it up your ears may pop or your run out of breath before the smallest amount gets in the balloon. Now after blowing the balloon up to full capacity several dozen times, it becomes easier and easier to blow up.

The same thing is going on with your body. It takes a lot to first stretch you out, and you may actually feel the stretching, but the more babies you have the easier it is for your skin to stretch and that feeling is hardly felt with multiple pregnancies.

I hope I didnt confuse you to much lol.
