I had my first ob appointment at 11 weeks and they did a pap as well as check my overies,  and a pee sample but that was all. Every doctor is different as to what they'll do.
Like with my doctor I had to meet with an ob take in and for that appointment they drew blood for some tests and asked me a bunch of questions about my family's medical history.

You may get an Ultrasound as well. I got an abdominal one and I was 7 weeks.
Fill out paperwork and meet your dr.
