please answer!!!!

I'm 36w5d with my second baby.  Lately when I'm watching tv I often notice my bby moving alot and it's pretty cute how I can see my stomach moving along with him . I've noticed sometimes ill see like a rhythmic like motion, like maybe a heartbeat or something.  It doesn't seem logical that it could be him kicking because I can barely feel it I can see it very well tho. Anyone else seen this.   Or know what it is??  My baby is head down so it can't be his heartbeat could it?

It could be hiccups but I don't think that's what it is.  I've felt him have hiccups and I always feel that lower in my pelvic area since he's head down.  The rhythmic motion I'm referring to is like right above my belly button or to the left of my belly button
