40+1/ugh

I'm 40w1d...blah. I'm so miserable, it's 94 degrees today and that is just horrible. Ugh. I have tired everything and my baby boy just seems to want to stay in there. :( I have a doc appt tomorrow and I'm going to ask if they can induce me, I really want a may baby. Anyone else have any luck getting induced with only being a Lil over due?

I'm hoping I get induced this week, it's crazy hot here in Maryland. Ugh. I just want my Lil bud here.

I'm 40w5d today and my doc scheduled an induction (despite my hesitance) for this coming Friday in case he doesn't show. I think they are quite willing to induce soon after 40 weeks in the States, unless you have specifically chosen a provider to avoid interventions.

Well im 38 weeks n 2cm dilated n i just want my baby too its been boilin n all i fit in is leggings none of mu shorts fit meh!! Its so annoying lol just want my baby now m to lose sum weight to get bk into those shorts!!!

I don't see why they wouldn't induce with you with you beimg over your due date. Most doctors here induce at 39 weeks by request. But i haven't had to request it, not with my first and i dont think I'll need to this time either.

Yes the heat is insane its 98 in new orleans im scared 2 go 2 the store I hope your baby make its entrance soon good.luck

Please...go find a pool to float in! I can't imagine being pregnant in this heat.

I'm in the same boat as you. I'm 40 weeks today and feel like I'm going nuts! I just want my little girl in my arms already. :-(
