Might sound dumb.

Does the bleeding start immedietly after the baby is born?

Its the feeling like uve taken a massive kick to the foof thats the worst lol the bleeding i can put up with, ive just got always night time heavy flow pads and some paper knickers so when i change i just throw the whole lot away! Its strange being able to move and bend etc without baby there in the way lol

Yup. Invest in plenty of pads ... Granny panties or boy shorts... Stick with black and plan your wardrobe around a very heavy period...  Though my flow slowed for my previous births after a week.

Yeah, it can be quite a lot. I loved the mesh undies my hospital has, but the pads were huge so I used some I brought from home.

Yeah ive been bleeding quite a bit... its embarrassing when it leaks but the midwifes have been great, they see it every day so arent fussed :)
