I am going through something similar. I don't have chest pains, but I have difficulty breathing. My chest pain is usually after I eat. The difficulty breathing is mostly at night when I'm trying to sleep. I have a dr. appoitment tomorrow so I will definetly be asking about that.
You need to see your doctor about it. It could just be anxiety but it could be something more serious. Call your doctor about it since your still away from home but I would recommend being seen maybe before you head back home at a nearby hospital if you think the travel will be an issue.
I had the same problem with my last. Just recently started having the problem again with my current, but believe this time it's just that he's getting real big. I'm almost 26 weeks. But I had heart problems and couldn't breath and was weak and sick all the time with my last and was on heart monitors and everything. They found I have heart palpitations and couldn't figure out why I had the other problems, thought it might be because my anemia or dehydration. I have problems retaining water, but even after being in the hospital to be treated for that I still had the problems. I was in the hospital for actually fainting because of the problem.
If you don't think you could make it home without having further problems go to the hospital where you're at.
i think you should see a doc and soon any breathing problems or chest pains should be checked out with a doc immediatly. i had that with my DS turned out being a blood clot on my lung.
