I had my period on july 19 2011 and was ovulating from the 29thur 2of july had intercourse in thode days.... now I had an obgyn appt. on the 5 for a pap. came home and saw brown discharge????? trying to have a baby pls help.....

You only ovulate on one day, not a few days. A pap can cause irritation and can cause brown/pink coloured spotting, so it's more than likely caused by that. If you are TTC, you need to wait until your period is due, if it's late then take a test with first morning urine.
