At 2 weeks you wouldn't be pregnant, you would be ovulating. As far as early symptoms, I never had anything besides a missed period an I'm 38 weeks along now :) symptoms mean nothing in the scheme of things.

The only true symptom is missing your period.
Everything else is also similar to pms, illness, stress, diet change, exercise increase/decrease, hormonal issues.
