I conceived exactly 28 days after I had mine out.  I am 16 weeks pregnant now.

Hi Keighlee! I had my Mirena placed November 2009 and removed March 24, 2011 and I am now 5 weeks pregnant with my 4th (and final) child.  I had a positive pregnancy test on July 9th, so I conceived almost exactly 3 months after removal.  Good luck to you!!

It all depends, some women fall pregnant straight away after a mirena removal, but it can take up to a year as when trying for a pregnancy without any contraceptive being removedd beforehand. I had my mirena out in Jan this year and am on my 6th month ttc so far. Have had a few months where I've been convinced I am going to be pregnant, think that was due to coil effects leaving my body though. Just go with the flow, when your body is ready it will happen!
Good luck!
