You can get iron pills over the counter ,make sure you only take the recommended amount.

Ive been losing weight the last 8 weeks. Im down 8kg. Still 40kg to go. But just found out im almost 6 weeks pregnant.  Is it ok to continue to lose weight? I haven't been dieting just eating healthy.  No fizzy drink or fast food just fruits veggoes and water  is this ok?

Meischel-the knot is the breast gland from the milk ,just a duct being clogged: ) massage it any in time it will goaway.take your iron pills for your weakness, for nausea try some different prenatal pills, eat smaller potions and cold things also help.

Same concept.  If she isnt facing the corect way we turn her or she may turn on her own. Give it time still too soon

I have a knot under my left boob what can that be. I asked my midwife but she didn't answer me and put it off like it was nothing. Plus I'm constantly nauseous all the time I keep dry heaving the doctor told me not to take my prenatal vitamins.  I didn't take for a week and then started again last night. I have no energy to do anything cuz I'm constantly nauseous all the time . And a lot of motion sickness tooAnd

She isn't breech shes head down but her back is against mine instead if facing my side

It all depends on the baby ,the baby still has alot of time to grow, we had a lady was 5"0 small weight ,was scheduled a induction but didnt dialated much#2baby and she had a big baby 8pounds. So it all depends. But if she is still breached by the time of your delivery we go in and turn the baby and see if you can push if not ,a csection is preformed.  :)

My baby is back to back with me im 34w2d the midwife is hoping she will turn during labour but she doesn't thjnk thst my baby will as theres no room because im small what di they do if the baby doesnt turn? Also she said that my baby is really low down and she said because of my size and how much room there is for her to grow she definitely wont be over 6lbs but she was 4lbs6 and a half wheb I was 33w5d does this mean she will come early or just not put alot of weight on in these last few weeks?  Thankyou

#Tara ok it all depends on how long you wait to.insert it since the semen does die off fairly quickly, it may and may not live far enough to get you pregnant. You may want to do it professionally for a better outcome.
#Rn -iam aware of the nst but we do not perform it at our clinic we are old fashion and do basic testing plus the doctor is the one that reads the results.
#Shay exactly what do you mean? Like a discharge, blood or what?
#Bentley- you may want to stay off your feet for a while or do some catstretches for your back,it helps. You may want to drink more water incase its something else, when you go to your next appointment ask them if your urine came back negative for any infections
#Jp - you can start trying as soon as you like but make sure you have nothing left from your previous miscarriage. Take a pregnancy test and if it comes out positive you might still have a bit of the baby inside giving you a false positive. Check with your doc to see if its ok for you to try again.:) good luck

Make sure it isn't your Gallbladder. That can cause some serous pain if left untreated for to long.

I have some pain its in my upper ribs right under my right breast i just moved so I havent seen a doctor yet sometimes it feels sore and the skin there is sore to the touch ive been told its my uterus stretching up but I was wanting another opinion
