14 previous miscarriges, pregnant again question??

Hi im 24 and found out i was pregnant for the 16th time 4 days before period due.
I am currently 4 weeks 6 days and had HCG levels taken at 4 weeks 4 days and an ultrasound nothing was seen.
Nurse called me this morning to say my HCG was high at 600, she did not mention this was a good sign just that it could mean Ectopic!! I have been and had more today.
What's going on is this high for 4 weeks 4 days?
Thanks

I thought hcg levels were low if it was ectopic anyways. Maybe i'm wrong.

And I've had two miscarriages and I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant (healthy). This past June when I had my second miscarriage, I was starting to think it was never going to happen and then I was blessed with this pregnancy! I guess 2 miscarriages in a row can be totally random. Unlucky but random.

Hi all thanks for your comments and congrats to you that are pregnant and good luck.
I got the levels back of 1360 so they had doubled in 48 hours! Today im 5 weeks 1 day and feeling sick all day i hope thats a good sign it was with my son.
I have to wait till the 12th Dec for a scan, ill be 7 weeks.
The nurse was still mentioning they were high but the doctor said they were fine! So im sticking with that response.
Let me know how your all doing and ill update.

What a jerk nurse! I cannot believe she would even mention ectopic. Must've been having a bad day or something. Unless you're feeling a sharp STABBING pain on one side of your uterus, you sound perfect. Congrats!!! Praying this one sticks...

By the way congrats on the prego! Any updates? Still doing okay? I've had 2 m/c but I hope someday I can have a healthy baby! Best of luck to you and again congrats! And the levels seem fine, I don't know why they would suddenly jump to the conclusion of an eptopic. Just relax and stay calm...I know easier said than done, but my prayers are with you!!!

OMG 14 I've had 2 and feel like it's the end of the world you are a very stong person.  I also think your #'s sound excelent.  At 8 weeks with my first MC my HCG was only 32  and this second pregnancy it was only 19 at 6 weeks.  so congrats and I pray you get great news.
