pregnancy symptoms disappear?

on tuesday i went to the doctor and was told i was pregnant, after a few days of feeling crummy (dizzy, tired, a little nauseated).  now that i know i'm pregnant, the only symptom that seems to still be around is that my breasts are swollen and tender, and very slight cramping- usually on the left side.  should i be worried?

get used to this worrying stuff.  you will go to the drs have a u/s find out everything is fine and before you go to bed that night you will find something new to worry about.  until month 4 when you can feel him kick you will do nothing but worry and over analyze everything your body does.  it is very normal!  pretty much everything in pregnancy is normal except heavy cramps and heavy blood, that is what i learned from my pregnancy experience.  good luck and try to enjoy.

Yes.  I was really tired last week but not hungry.  This week I'm hungry and not as tired as I was last week.  As long as you don't have heavy cramping along with bleeding, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

No worries.  Cramping is very normal for early pregnancy since the uterus is expanding to support the pregnancy.  I'm 6wks 4 days PG with my 3rd pregnancy (twins) and I had alot of cramping and my symptoms up to 6wks were very little, just increased urination.  Morning sickness/naussea usually kicks in somewhere in between 6-8wks.  My symptoms come and go too.
