Totally normal. I actually lost a few pounds 1 trimester and Dr. wasn't concerned. Try to eat when you can. I felt bad for my husband, because i never wanted to go out to eat.
Yup. Normal. I lived on checker and toast back then. Try to eat what you can and take your vitmines. The craving will happen soon enough.

Very much so. It will come back in your second trimester and you might want to eat everything because it tastes so good! Lol. For now just worry about taking your prenatals and eat when you can. Your baby will be fine.
I am not sure if it's normal but sometimes I have to make myself eat and other times I can't wait to stuff my face. I have read that you don't need any extra calories in the first trimester but try to follow the guidelines of My Pyramid. I don't know much about food aversions but I hear that it's common in the first trimester. Don't force yourself to eat but try to make sure baby is getting the nutrients it needs daily. Plus eating right helps with energy. When you don't feel like eating do you drink any juice or V8? That might help with your veggie and fruit servings.
