Same here. Im only 23+2 but my asthma has been bothering me a lot lately. Especially when it's time to sleep. It doesn't help that the only places i can stay are places where people smoke. My inhaler has literally like 4 puffs left and I'm afraid to use it because i don't want to have a bad asthma attack and not have it.. idk what to do though.

I'm the exact same way.. 26w2d @ midnight & I've been having the shortness of breath since I was about 15 weeks or so.. give or take. I only have bronchial asthma, so usually something has to trigger it. pregnancy definitely has..

I've NOT used my inhaler yet, just because I was afraid to become dependent on it.. and before getting pregnant I only had to use it if I had a bad cough, cold, sickness, etc.

all I've been told was it was the hormones.. just to take a couple of slow, deep breaths, and maybe get a humidifier.. which I haven't done yet. I have a new OB now though, so I plan on bringing this up at my appt. on tuesday!!

good luck, and I'll update you if I get any new/good ideas! (((:
