Freaking out!!!

I took a pregnancy test on June 27th and got a faint positive. I took another one yesterday and got a darker positive. My LMP was June 1st and I ovulated June 17th. I had a m/c and a d&c April 28th. This morning I woke up to go to the bathroom and everything was fine. Then the second time that I went I had a little brown spotting or discharge that freaked me out. Then I checked again and had nothing.  But then like after 30 min it came back again (less that before--very little--and only on the pantiliner not when I wiped) I've been checking every like 10 min and haven't seen anymore but I'm really nervous. I don't want to go through another m/c. What could this be? I have my first prenatal appt on Tuesday. What should I do? I called my dr and left him a message (he's in the OR)

Cassandrajane, thank you for the advice you posted. You sound like an absolute dear. I am probably just overly emotional because of either PMS or (hopefully) early pregnancy symptom, but it made me tear up and almost start crying to read your positive words and helpful advice.   I have a problem with spotting between periods so i think it makes it more difficult for me to conceive. I had a m/c on march 31.  I am so HAPPY to hear about your strong heartbeat even though you went through all that.  I am very much going to put my feet up as well because i'm crossing my fingers that i get a BFP soon even though i spotted bright red on sunday but i might have been pushing too hard. I have been immensely exhausted for 4 days now and short tempered and emotional today but still have BFN.

Andreasmom, that sounds like such great advice Cassandra has given you, take it easy and put yourself on bedrest as much as possible. She's right, don't tell people yet because it's your happy special moments and they will understand later.  Especially because she's a mom.

Ok, so he did some more blood work ( I get the results tomorrow) he also sent me to have an u/s and put me on progesterone.  I'm keeping a positive way of thinking.  Every time I start getting worried I keep repeating to myself that everything is going to be ok.

I just got the results ; BETA 581 at about 4 weeks.  Let's see what the doctor says (or does) when I go see him today)

I am tooo.... because I really want this haha. I hope everything goes okay on Tuesday. My mum had heavier periods whilst pregnant than when she wasnt and Now I have the most annoying 3 yr old brother hah.

Yeah, with my bleeding it was gushing out and was bright red and everything is okay. But yeah, my tests are getting fainter but my Peanuts heartbeat is getting stronger and stronger.

Brown blood is old blood( which is good),it might just be from the implantation site or could be leftover from before. Try to stay calm and rest as much as possible.

I hate nurses like that!!!
I started bleeding because I moved my room around and strained and stopped the next day literally RIGHT before my drs apt. But my tests are getting fainter and fainter and the heart gettting stronger. So yeah, and yours are getting stronger, its VERY RARE to get one false positives results, let alone a few.VERY RARE unless you are having a Phantom pregnancy which is also STUPIDLY RARE and comes up in animals more thhan anything. I know where you;re coming from by not tellng anyone, I didnt want to but my boyf did. And when you find out for sure that everything is okay, then tell her the truth and about the bleeding and things and she will take back everything bad she said.
Dont tell her just yet, I wouldnt. You're doing so well, and I am so sorry you're going through this, If you can, I think you should stay laying down with your feet up, Even when you're asleeep, I did. And it worked, It stems the flow and the good thing is its only spotting. If you get so worried before Tuesday then go to hosp and say you have Lower abdominal pain and heavy bleeding and see what they do. They said my levels wouldnt be in for a week and the same Day I started bleeding and the next day I went to the docs and there they were... my results were on his screen!!!

btw my temp spiked up even higher this morning.  It went from 98.4 to 98.7.  I'm taking that as a good sign.

I just came back from the dr.  I won't get the results until Tuesday (when I have my appt) The dr didn't see me (he wasn't in the office) it was just the nurse that draw the blood.  I was so upset with her when she said that this was prob just my period.  How dare she says that after 4 + tests and each time the line getting darker.  I felt like she was treating me like a crazy lady that wants to be pregnant so bad after a m/c and that is making up symptoms and seeing + tests.  He's a really good dr but he is never available when you really need him.  He's always so busy.  He deals a lot with cancer surgery and it's ussually in the OR.  Should I switch drs? The spotting stopped yesterday when I laid down and put my legs up (thanks cassandrajane) but I had a little brown spot this morning when I was getting ready to go to the dr.  It seems like I spot whenever I move around.  I'm sorry about rumbling so much.  I just feel so sad.  My cousin is upset coz she thinks that I don't want to spend time with her and her kids.  She doesn't know abt the pregnancy.  We were supposed to get together today and I told her that I couldn't and she's been saying some hurtful things.  We haven't told anybody about the pregnancy yet coz we are so scared.  I'm not sure If I should tell her so she stops bugging out.  DH says not to tell her.  Just to leave her alone.  :(

I had the same type of bleeding at 6 weeks 3 days and was fine (mine was actually accompanied by light cramps, too.) I even had heavy, period like bleeding at 10 weeks I freaked out and went to the doctor next day but everything was fine...Im now 26 weeks 6 days pregnant with a healthy baby.

So I'm sure you will be fine :)

My dr called me...he wants me to go tommorrow morning to get my hcg levels checked to make sure that everything is ok...

I know its hard, lay down with your feet elevated by a pillow or something. It will stem the flow and when I had bleeding at8 weeks, i done this and my bleeding stopped.

Thank you ladies...I'm trying to stay calm but it's just so hard!...Around 3pm the spotting came back a little more now and a little pinkish or redish...My dr hasn't called me back...

Just because your last pregnancy ended in MC doesnt mean this one will 1 in 5 pregnancy ends in MC...

Sounds fine to me tbh.. i had heacy bleeding at 8 weeks I am 12 or 13 weeks... but just wait untill your apt.
