low HCG

Does anyone have experience with low hcg early in pregnancy and carried a healthy baby?  Just found out my beta level is 9, Dr says I'm pregnant, but the level is low(I know that much)  He's going to re check it Monday.  HE says it's possible to have a healthy baby with levels that low, but good stories would help me til I get the next result.  THanks!!!!

Brown blood is old blood which is very common. Good for you on the positive attitude! Keep us updated

I am definitely 4w1d as of today.  I have decided everything is going to be just fine, it's just a killer wait, almost as worse than the 2ww after embryo transfer.  This morning, I noticed some very light brown spotting, but I think this is normal this early in pregnancey, right?

It is possible. You could be just very recently pregnant. With my last daughter for some reason I had late implantation so my number was low in the beginning and it took awhile to be able to see everything on ultrasound. As long as your number doubles properly than things should be just fine. Congratulations

Does he or you have any idea how far along you are? All levels start someplace, and if you're in the early stages of pregnancy it will be on the lower end. The important thing is that the levels are doubling every 48 hours. Since you're going to have such a gap between your draws though, you'll want to see your levels rise quite a bit more.
