Spotting while pregnant early. Could I be miscarring

pregnancy test on the stick said yes, very light.. It was taken on Tues 8/17  yesterday, I was spotting dark brown.. but last night, I felt the blood running out, when, I looked in the bathroom, I had to change underwear  Then I was good all night, I would only see it if I wipe . Today, I felt it again and I changed and this time when  pushed a clot came out not bigger than a quarter. But my concern is that its bright red. This will be my 4th pregnancy and I remember spotting dark brown and they said not to worry, uterus is shedding. But this round, its bright red, I have not called the Dr, cus, I know there is nothing they can do.

What do you think it is.

Thanks I will,. do you know why some people actually have a mensus while pregnant?

I dont feel any pain. but sometimes down below feels funny not cramp but like its tight or something, hard to explain

Honestly, implantation bleeding is never enough that you need to change your underwear, nor should it be that heavy. In fact you never want to see bright red heavy bleeding and clots. You can see a doctor if you want to confirm what's going on, but you probably want to prepare for the worst.

it doesnt sound like implantation bleeding implantation bleeding is brown maybe a little bit red but its only meant to be spotting i think you should call your doctor to get a u/s and blood work done.

maybe like 4.5 or 5 weeks.. I just had to run to the bathroom, cuz it was running down my leg!..

i think u should do am u/s and see ur doctor just to put your mind to ease , maybe u didnt miscarried and stress will not help , just go check it , how far are u ?
