Can I start taking prenatel vitamins?
When you decide to ttc you need to start taking your prenatals... My OB put me on them 4 months before we started to try. The folic acid helps the baby so much and in so many ways. You need to prepare your body for the baby, and if you get sick from taking them take them at night before bed with a small snack or when you eat. Nature Made/Valley pills are small!
My dr actually told me to start taking them as soon as we started trying to conceive.
