Is this normal???

So, I woke up this morning and my lower back was killing me. I thought of might be from my boyfriend accidently hitting my back while we were asleep but then I began to cramp just below my stomach. I'm only 7 weeks pregnant so is this aching normal?

I had this. But it was more of a sharp pain. It hurt daily for about 3 weeks. I'm now 11 weeks and 5 days and its only occasional. Your body releases hormones that loosen your joints to make birthing easier. It allows your pelvis to expand enough for baby. My guess would've this is the cause. My doc said I could take NON NSAID pain relievers if it was too much. I chose to tough it out.. Good luck.
