I am having a girl also and had really bad migraines. Nothing would take them away except for time (didnt try tylenol). I think my longest one was around 42 hours long. My midwife finally gave me some medicine to help take them away that is pregnancy safe though.

Try drinking lot more water. Sometime lack of water intake can cause the headache.

I was going to say the same thing, usually with a girl the migranes are so much worse. I think it's bc of ask the female hormones.

Headaches are very common in pregnancy try using a cold wash cloth on your head if it gets too bad you are allowed to take tylenol...I only take it when it gets too bad and try to limit the amount
